100,000 Seniors Need Your Help

In Arizona, approximately 100,000 senior citizens have an income that is at or below the federal poverty level ($1,012 per month for 2019). For these vulnerable senior citizens keeping a roof over their head and food on the table often makes medical care unaffordable.

Your donation will help the ACCESSMed Foundation provide counseling for these vulnerable senior citizens and help them enroll in their best Medicare and other low-cost healthcare benefits options.

Or, donate by check. Please make your check payable to ACCESSMed Foundation and mail it to ACCESSMed Foundation, 6930 E. Chauncey Lane, Suite 200, Phoenix, AZ 85054.

Your donation of any amount will help an impoverished senior, in your community, access affordable healthcare.
